- 1.於開發程式期間提供技術上的建議及支援，並參與測試，以確保程式的運作安全和穩定，及考慮使用者的需要;
- 2.與資訊科技服務供應商聯繫，並監察其表現及項目進度;
- 3.為網站內容管理及程式開發提供技術支援;
- 4.監察及調整系統，管理系統及數據庫，執行內務管理工作，包括但不限於監察、檢查、備份及修復1823電話中心及效率促進組的系統，並進行系統定期工作;
- 5.開發及編寫程式;
- 6.於香港不同地點工作; 及
- 7.執行其他由1823電話中心及效率促進組指派的工作。
職責
- 1.Provide technical advice and support during the application development and participate in application testing to ensure the application are secure, user-friendly and stable;
- 2.Liaise with external IT service providers and monitor the project progress and performance;
- 3.Provide technical support for web content management and application deployment;
- 4.Perform system monitoring and tuning, system administration and database administration and their housekeeping activities, including but not limited to monitoring the capacity of the 1823 Call Centre and Efficiency Unit (EU) Systems, system health check, system backup and restore, systems scheduled jobs;
- 5.Application development and programming;
- 6.Work at different sites in Hong Kong; and
- 7.Any other duties assigned by 1823 Call Centre and EU.
入職條件
申請人必須:
- 1.持有香港頒授的計算機科學/資訊科技/訊息工程學位，或同等學歷;
- 2.在取得學位後，累積最少4年有關資訊科技支援的工作經驗(當中包括最少2年開發程式的工作經驗);
- 3.於系統支援及使用ASP, ASP.NET, Java, JSP, JavaScript, VBScript, XML, Oracle 和MS SQL Server以開發網上程式方面具備最少2年工作經驗;
- 4.具備最少2年以網站內容管理系統及 EMC Documentum支援程式的工作經驗; 及
- 5.申請人如具備以下經驗，則更為理想–
- (i)條碼識別系統支援;
- (ii)以Acrobat, Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign及Corel Draw開發文字/多媒體內容;
- (iii)工作站維修支援及管理;及
- 6.具備良好與人相處技巧，有責任心，並能夠獨立工作。
Candidates shall have :
- 1.A Hong Kong bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Engineering;
- 2.Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience on Information Technology (IT) support services with at least 2 years of working experience in application development;
- 3.At least 2 years of working experience in systems support and developing web base applications using ASP, ASP.NET, Java, JSP, JavaScript, VBScript, XML, Oracle and MS SQL Server are required;
- 4.At least 2 years of working experience in supporting applications using Web Content Management System, EMC Documentum; AND
- 5.Experience in the followings would be an advantage –
- (i)Bar-coding system support
- (ii)developing textual/multimedia content with the use of Acrobat, Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, and Corel Draw;
- (iii)workstation maintenance support and administration; and
- 6.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and responsibly.
