Assistant Information Technology Officer (Web Applications)
月薪港幣20,000元
職責
1. 開發、執行及維持網站和網上應用系統;
2. 預備測試個案及進行測試;
3. 提供技術文件; 及
4. 為部門日常運作及其他有關資訊科技的工作提供應用系統及技術支援。
備註:效率促進組的網上應用系統包括但不限於1823網站、效率促進組網站、一般管理顧問服務網站及政府青少年網站。
1. Develop, implement and maintain website and web application;
2. Prepare test case and conduct testing;
3. Provide technical documentations; and
4. Provide application and technical support for daily operation and other IT related duties.
Note: EU web applications include but not limited to 1823 website, EU website, General Management Consultancy Services Portal and Youth Portal.
入職條件
申請人必須:
1. 持有香港專上學院頒授的計算機科學/資訊科技/訊息工程高級文憑，或同等學歷;
2. 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷 (2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績);
3. 在使用Java, JavaScript和Oracle Database以執行、管理網站及應用系統方面具備最少2年工作經驗;
4. 具備執行網站內容管理系統的工作經驗;
5. 具備Web Services及XML的知識; 及
6. 申請人如具備以下經驗，則更為理想–
(i) 企業級別的網站內容管理系統，例如Autonomy Interwoven, Adobe CQ5 或EMC Documentum;
(ii) ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3 及 jQuery;
(iii) 開發供流動平台使用的網站或程式;
(iv) 設計系統及數據庫;
(v) 開發多媒體處理技術，例如影像串流及製作相片/影片廊。
Candidates should have :
1. Obtained a higher diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institute or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Engineering;
2. Obtained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (for appointment purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
3. At least 2 years’ post qualification experience in implementing and managing web portal and application by using Java, JavaScript and Oracle Database;
4. Working experience in implementing Web Content Management System;
5. Knowledge in Web Services and XML; and
6. Experience in the following would be an advantage –
(i) Enterprise grade of Web Content Management System such as Autonomy Interwoven, Adobe CQ5 or EMC Documentum;
(ii) ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery;
(iii) Developing website or application for mobile platform;
(iv) System and database design;
(v) Developing multimedia manipulation such as video streaming and photo/ video gallery.
