受聘人將獲委派於康樂及文化事務署轄下的指定演藝場地後台實習，接受有關舞台運作的在職培訓。
註：
康樂及文化事務署轄下演藝場地一般於每日上午9時至晚上11時為市民提供服務。當中的舞台管理人員負責統籌各項技術支援服務。舞台管理見習員須輪班及不定時工作，並須在星期六、日及／或公眾假期當值。
職責
Successful candidates will be deployed to the backstage of designated performing arts venues of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and receive on-the-job training in day-to-day operation of stage services.
Note:
Performing arts venues of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department provide theatre services to the public normally from 9:00am to 11:00 pm daily. Stage management team is responsible for the coordination of integrated technical services to the users. Stage Management Trainees are required to work shifts and irregular hours; and work on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Public Holidays.
入職條件
申請人須– （甲）
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，其中必須包括中國語文及英國語文科，或同等學歷（註1）；或
- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，其中必須包括中國語文及英國語文科，或同等學歷（註2）；及
（乙）完成香港演藝學院或香港專業教育學院有關舞台製作技術或其他相關科目的證書課程，或同等學歷；及
（丙）操良好英語及廣東話。
Applicants should –
- (a)
- (i)have Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent

- (ii)have Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
Note 2] ; and
- (b)have completed a certificate course related to technical production for theatrical entertainment or other related subjects from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; and
- (c)have good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
入職條件(註)
註： 1. 政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目（最多計算兩科）「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- 2.政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或以後的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。
- 3.申請人須將所有修業成績副本（如適用）及證書副本夾附申請書一併提交。資料不全或沒有夾附所需証明文件的申請書，或不獲受理。
