(a) Assist in supervising service contract staff in setting up, dismantling and moving of furniture, seating and stage/sports equipment; (b) Perform labour duties such as moving and delivery of heavy and bulky objects, furniture, equipment, seats, as well as stage/sports facilities and fixtures; (c) Perform general repair and maintenance of furniture, equipment, seats, stage/sports facilities and fixtures; (d) Assist in quick and minor changes of setting for stage performances/ sports events; (e) Assist the duty officer(s) in operations and logistics when events are staged; and (f) Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

(a) Completed Form 3, or equivalent; (b) Have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese Language equivalent to Form 3 standard; be able to speak fluent Cantonese (See Note 1); (c) Be able to read and speak simple English; (d) Have at least two years’ full-time working experience; (e) Pass a trade test (see Note 2); (f) Have general knowledge of maintenance of office furniture; and (g) Preferably have a valid certificate for forklift truck operation recognized by the Commissioner for Labour pursuant to the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Loadshifting Machinery) Regulation.
