中英文互譯、審核中英文稿件和譯文、撰寫中英文稿件。
職責
To translate English into Chinese and vice versa; vet English/Chinese documents and translations; and draft Chinese and English documents.
入職條件
申請人必須：
- (a)持有本港大學所頒授的學士學位(以修讀翻譯或語文相關學科為佳)，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科取得第3級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷[參閱下文註(i)]；
- (c)從事翻譯工作最少五年，具有翻譯政府文件經驗的申請人會佔優；以及
- (d)熟悉電腦中英文文書處理。
Candidates should have–
- (a)a bachelor’s degree, preferably in translation or language-related studies, from a university in Hong Kong , or equivalent;
- (b)attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note
- (i)below);
- (c)at least five years of experience in translation work. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in translating government documents; and
- (d)sound knowledge in Chinese and English Word Processing.
入職條件(註)
- (i)政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及往後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級的成績。(ii)申請人須付上履歷，詳列所持有的學歷及曾任職位的職務，特別是與本職位有關的職務。(iii)申請人須參加筆試，通過筆試後會獲邀進行面試。
