技工(電機)主要於工場，抽水站及濾水廠負責安裝、操作、保養、維修和大修電機、儀器及屋宇裝備的裝置與設備。
註：
有關人員或須到偏遠地區工作；在非正常工作時間以外或不定時或輪班工作；隨時候召及執行候命或緊急出勤職務。
職責
An Artisan (Electrical) is mainly deployed on installing, operating, maintaining, repairing and overhauling electrical, instrumentation and building services plant and equipment in workshops, pumping stations and water treatment works.
Note:
May be required to work in remote areas; work outside normal working hours, in irregular hours or shifts; undertake on-call, standby and emergency duties.

- (a)
- (i)完成有關電機工程的正式學徒訓練或其同等行業認可的實務訓練課程(註)；或(ii)於電機工程或同等行業具備至少四年相關工作經驗; 及(b)具備相等於小六程度的中、英文語文能力;以及(c)須通過技能測驗 (符合上文

- (i)項要求的申請人除外)。
註：
現就讀最後一年有關電機工程的正式學徒訓練或其同等行業認可的實務訓練課程的學徒/學生亦可提出申請，惟須於二零一五年十月三十一日或之前取得上文 (a
- (i)項所需的資格，方可獲考慮錄用。)
Candidates
- (a)
- (i)should have completed a full apprenticeship or other approved course of practical training in electrical engineering, or equivalent (Note); or
- (ii)should have at least four years’ experience in electrical engineering, or equivalent; and
- (b)should have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English languages equivalent to Primary 6 standard ; and
- (c)will be required to pass a trade test (except those who meet the requirements under Item
- (a)
- (i)above).
Note:
Candidates who are current final year apprentices/students of the full apprenticeship or other approved course of practical training in electrical engineering, or equivalent may also apply; if selected, appointment will be subject to their obtaining the requisite qualifications under item (a
- (i)above by 31 October 2015.)
