職責
The successful candidates will be deployed to –
- (1)assist in designing and developing training materials and e-learning materials;
- (2)assist in research and survey; and process, consolidate and analyse related data;
- (3)assist in organizing training activities, promotional activities and events; and
- (4)assist in general administration work.
入職條件
申請人必須 —
- (1)為香港特別行政區永久性居民；
- (2)為本地或海外專上院校全日制學士課程學生，主修工商管理或公共行政；
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等學歷﹝註(1)﹞；
- (4)熟悉Microsoft Office及Photoshop軟件的操作；以及
- (5)具備良好的中、英語言和文字溝通能力，以及普通話水平良好。
Candidates should –
- (1)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
- (2)be students pursuing a full-time Bachelor degree with major in business administration or public administration offered by post-secondary institutions locally or overseas;
- (3)have attained ‘Level 3’ or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent (Note 1);
- (4)be proficient in the application of Microsoft Office and Photoshop; and
- (5)possess good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and a good command of Putonghua.
入職條件(註)
- (1)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。
- (2)持有本港以外學府╱非香港考試及評核局頒授的學歷人士亦可申請，惟其學歷必須經過評審以確定是否與職位所要求的本地學歷水平相若。有關申請人須將本港以外的學歷證明書副本及修業成績副本，連同申請書一併遞交。
- (3)合資格的申請人，會接獲電郵通知參加暫定於二零一五年六月初舉行的面試。如申請人在二零一五年六月十九日前仍未獲邀參加面試通知，則可視作經已落選。
