助理節目主任（錄播及外勤廣播服務），主要負責在錄影廠及外景製作之前或期間安排提供技術設備及製作服務，包括監督助理場務員的工作、操作電腦提辭器和字幕機、為不同製作單位提供聯絡/協調工作及傳達指令、檢查燈光設備和舞台設施等；及因應需要為錄影廠及外景製作制訂技術要求及其他支援服務，和管理存貨並確保其妥善保養。

職責
Assistant Programme Officer in Studio and Outside Broadcasting Service is mainly deployed on arranging the provision of technical equipment and production services before or during studio and outside broadcast production, including supervision of assistant floor managers, operation of AutoCue Machine and Character Generator, liaison/coordination and conveyance of instructions between different production parties, checking of lighting sets and stage properties, etc; and working out technical requirements and other support services for studio and outside broadcast production and managing and ensuring proper maintenance of inventories when required.
Note:
May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Black Rainstorm Signal and other emergencies.

- (iii)持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（電影及電視、數碼媒體、舞台及娛樂藝術），或具同等學歷；兼具四年擔任場務員、為電視／電影拍攝提供製作支援、外景廣播製作的相關工作經驗；或
- (iv)在香港中學文憑考試五科（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科）考獲第3級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科），或具同等學歷；兼具五年擔任場務員、為電視／電影拍攝提供製作支援、外景廣播製作的相關工作經驗；或
- (v)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，須包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，須包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷；兼具六年擔任場務員、為電視／電影拍攝提供製作支援、外景廣播製作的相關工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related discipline (Film and TV, Digital Media, Theatre and Entertainment Art), or equivalent; or
- (ii)an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Film and TV, Digital Media, Theatre and Entertainment Art) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience in working as a floor manager, providing production support for TV/filming, outside broadcast productions; or
- (iii)an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Film and TV, Digital Media, Theatre and Entertainment Art) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 4 years’ relevant experience in working as a floor manager, providing production support for TV/filming, outside broadcast productions; or
- (iv)Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Level 3/Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 5 years’ relevant experience in working as a floor manager, providing production support for TV/filming, outside broadcast productions; or
- (v)Level 2 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE, or equivalent; or Level 2/Grade E or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent; and 6 years’ relevant experience in working as a floor manager, providing production support for TV/filming, outside broadcast productions; and
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.

- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)政府在聘任公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級與E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別第3級與第2級的成績。
- (3)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。申請人如獲邀參加技能測試，會被安排於技能測試當日參加《基本法》知識筆試。申請人在《基本法》知識測試的表現，是評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
- (4)於職位申請截止日起計三個月內將取得訂明學歷的申請人，亦可申請。申請人需圓滿考獲所要求學術資格方獲考慮聘任。
- (5)申請人須技能測試合格，方獲進一步考慮。
