合約一級監工(屋宇裝備)主要負責(a)操作及維修各種系統和設備；(b)策劃維修工程計劃及協助擬訂維修成本預算；及(c)監督(建築物的)設備及／或系統或機器的合約工程(包括進行工地量數、記錄量數結果及備存有關記錄)、安裝、操作、維修、保養及管理／控制。 <br> <br>獲取錄的申請人可能須要：(a)不定時／在偏遠地區／在惡劣環境下工作；(b)執行上班候命／隨時候召／緊急工作；(c)穿著保護衣物；(d)攜帶傳呼機／手提電話；(e)操作電腦；(f)執行其他不時指定的職務。獲取錄的申請人亦可能要以自願性質執行自行駕車到工作地點的職務（如有需要，部門會提供有關訓練）。
職責
A Contract Works Supervisor I (Building Services) is mainly deployed on
- (a)operation and maintenance of building service systems and equipment;
- (b)planning programmes for maintenance work and assisting in preparing estimates of cost of repair; and
- (c)supervising contract works (including making and recording site measurements and maintaining site records), installation, operation, repair, maintenance and management / control of equipment and / or systems (of buildings) or plants. <br> <br>Successful candidates may be required:
- (a)to work irregular hours / in remote area / in harsh condition;
- (b)to perform stand-by duty / on-call duty / emergency duty;
- (c)to wear protective clothing;
- (d)to carry pager / mobile phone;
- (e)to work with computer; and
- (f)to perform any other duties as specified from time to time. Successful candidates may also be required to perform self-drive duty (training will be provided where necessary) on a voluntary basis.

- (i)具備香港理工學院／理工大學或香港專業教育學院／工業學院／科技學院所頒發的空氣調節／屋宇裝備／電氣／機械工程證書，或同等學歷；或(ii)完成一項認可的空氣調節／屋宇裝備／電氣／機械工程技術員學徒訓練；或(iii)完成認可的技工學徒訓練，並在空氣調節／屋宇裝備／電氣／機械工程有至少2年擔任技工的工作經驗；或(iv)有至少5年擔任空氣調節／屋宇裝備／電氣／機械工程技工的工作經驗；及(b)具備相當於中三程度的中英文語文能力。申請人如(i)具備安裝、操作及維修保養建築物內的消防裝置工程系統的相關工作經驗;以及(ii)已接受認可的消防工程訓練或課程，會獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)a Certificate in Air-conditioning / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; or
- (ii)successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in air-conditioning / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering; or
- (iii)successfully completed a recognized Craft Apprenticeship with 2 years’ experience as a skilled worker in air-conditioning / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering; or
- (iv)at least 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in air-conditioning / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering; and
- (b)attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard. Preference may be given to candidates who have
- (i)relevant installation, operation and maintenance experience in fire service installations of buildings; and
- (ii)acquired a recognized fire engineering training / programme.
