- (a)就節目發展和觀眾拓展進行策略規劃；
- (b)督導和監察製作電視雜誌式節目、綜藝節目、戶外直播或錄影廠錄播的大型活動；
- (c)與音樂、娛樂、文化及藝術等創意工業內的不同界別合作，以創作節目或特別項目；
- (d)帶領監製團隊構思電視節目的意念、策劃和設計節目內容；
- (e)擔任節目及項目高級監製，執行不同的統籌及指導製作職務；以及
- (f)處理有關電視部人事及資源管理、控制製作經費、版權管理及其他相關支援服務的事宜。(註：須不定時工作，並須在周日、公眾假期期間工作，亦須通宵當值。)
職責
- (a)strategic planning of programme development and audience building;
- (b)supervising and overseeing the production of TV magazine programmes, variety programmes, outdoor live broadcasts or studio production of large-scale activities;
- (c)collaborating with various sectors of the creative industries including music, entertainment, arts and culture for the creation of programmes or special projects;
- (d)leading a team of Executive Producers in formulating TV programme ideas, planning and designing programme contents;
- (e)taking up various duties of co-ordinating and directing production in the role of Programme and Project Senior Executive Producer; and
- (f)handling staff and resources management of Television Division, budget control, copyrights management and other related supporting services.
Note:
Required to work irregular hours and on Sundays and Public Holidays as well as to perform overnight shift duties.

- (iv)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(1)及(2)]；並具有十五年電視節目製作經驗，其中最少八年擔任監製；或
- (v)在香港中學文憑考試考獲五科第3級或同等或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(1)及(3)]；並具有十五年電視節目製作經驗，其中最少八年擔任監製；或
- (vi)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績及另外三科考獲第2級或E級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(2)及(3)]；並具有十六年電視節目製作經驗，其中最少八年擔任監製；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[請參閱註(2)]。
申請人如具備 —
- (i)音樂、娛樂、藝術及文化等創意工業的公司或人際聯繫網絡；
- (ii)製作大型政府官方活動、舞台表演、頒獎禮、流行及古典音樂會，或製作每日播出的節目、雜誌式節目、文化節目及特別項目的經驗；及
- (iii)數碼影像攝製、非線性剪接、撰稿、訪問及多媒體製作的實質經驗和技巧
則更為理想。
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism & Communication or Creative Media, or equivalent, and 10 years’ experience in TV programme production, of which at least 8 years’ experience as an Executive Producer; OR
- (ii)an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree, preferably in Journalism & Communication or Creative Media, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 12 years’ experience in TV programme production, of which at least 8 years’experience as an Executive Producer; OR
- (iii)an accredited Diploma, preferably in Journalism & Communication or Creative Media, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 14 years’ experience in TV programme production, of which at least 8 years’ experience as an Executive Producer; OR
- (iv)Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Notes
- (1)& (2)]; and 15 years’experience in TV programme production, of which at least 8 years’ experience as an Executive Producer; OR
- (v)Level 3 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [See Notes
- (1)& (3)]; and 15 years’ experience in TV programme production, of which at least 8 years’ experience as an Executive Producer; OR
- (vi)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with 3 other subjects at Level 2 or Grade E or above in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent [See Notes
- (2)& (3)]; and 16 years’ experience in TV programme production, of which at least 8 years’ experience as an Executive Producer; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent [See Note (2)].
Candidates who possess –
- (i)network of corporate or personal connections in various sectors of the creative industries including music, entertainment, arts and culture;
- (ii)experience in the production of large-scale Government official events, stage performances, prize presentation ceremonies, pop and classical concerts, or the production of daily show, magazine programmes, cultural programmes and special projects; and
- (iii)hands-on experience and skills in digital video filming, non-linear editing, script-writing, conducting interviews and multimedia productions
will have an advantage.
