Works Supervisor II (Building Services)
總薪級表第9點(每月17,485元)至總薪級表第12點(每月20,905元)
職責
二級監工(屋宇裝備)主要負責 ( a ) 督導及訓練初級員工; ( b ) 策劃維修工程計劃及協助擬訂維修成本預算; ( c ) 申領及管理物料;及 ( d ) 監督(建築物的) 設備及/或系統或機器的合約工程(包括進行工地量數、記錄量數結果及備存有關記錄)、安裝、操作、維修、保養及管理/控制。
A Works Supervisor II (Building Services) is mainly deployed on (a) supervising and training junior staff; (b) planning programmes for maintenance work and assisting in preparing estimates of cost of repair; (c) requisitioning and controlling stores; and (d) supervising contract works (including making and recording site measurements and maintaining site records), installation, operation, repair, maintenance and management / control of equipment and / or systems (of buildings) or plants.
入職條件
申請人必須 ( a ) ( i ) 具備香港理工學院/理工大學或香港專業教育學院/工業學院/科技學院所頒發的空氣調節/屋宇裝備/電氣/機械工程證書,或同等學歷;或 ( ii ) 完成一項認可的空氣調節/屋宇裝備/電氣/機械工程技術員學徒訓練;或 ( iii ) 完成認可的技工學徒訓練,並在空氣調節/屋宇裝備/電氣/機械工程有至少兩年擔任技工的工作經驗;或 ( iv ) 有至少五年擔任空氣調節/屋宇裝備/電氣/機械工程技工的工作經驗;及 ( b ) 具備相當於中三程度的中英文語文能力。(申請人如擁有屋宇裝備工程範疇的相關工作經驗及督導其他員工工作或自行執行專門技術工作的經驗,將獲優先考慮。)
Candidates should have (a) (i) a Certificate in Air-conditioning / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; or (ii) successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in air-conditioning / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering; or (iii) successfully completed a recognized Craft Apprenticeship with two years’ relevant experience as a skilled worker in air-conditioning / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering; or (iv) at least five years’ experience as a skilled worker in air-conditioning / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering; and (b) attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard. (Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant experience in the building services engineering field and experience in supervising staff or performing specialized technical duties.)

1. 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,所有公務員職位的招聘,均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。獲邀請參加遴選面試的應徵者,其對基本法的認識會在面試中以口頭提問形式被評核。除非兩位應徵者的整體表現相若,招聘當局才會參考應徵者在基本法知識測試中的表現。
2. 獲取錄的申請人,可能會獲調派至其他部門工作,以及可能須要: (a)不定時/在偏遠地區/在惡劣環境下工作;(b)執行輪班/上班候命/隨時候召/緊急工作;(c)穿著制服/保護衣物;(d)攜帶傳呼機/手提電話;(e)執行其他不時指定的職務。獲取錄的申請人亦可能要以自願性質執行自行駕車到工作地點的職務(如有需要,部門會提供有關訓練)。
