工藝教導員(膳食)
Instructor (Catering)
一般紀律人員(員佐級)薪級表第3點(每月16,760元)至一般紀律人員(員佐級)薪級表第20點(每月28,295元)。
職責
(a)負責訓練、指導與監管懲教院所內的在囚人士或羈留者從事膳食工作,包括食物的收貨、貯存、前期處理、製作、餐份及中央分餐程序;(b)負責編製餐單、食物安全及品質檢查、庫存控制、洗潔劑化學品使用、用具及廚房衞生、爐具安全操作及一般保養;(c)執行有關的安全與健康工作守則及相關規例;(d)處理廚房意外、突發事故及有關食物的投訴和(e)執行其他指派職務。
註:須受《監獄條例》約束、穿著制服,或須輪班當值及在部門宿舍居住。
(a) Train, instruct and supervise prisoners or detainees in correctional institutions engaged in catering work, including food receiving, storage, pre-preparation, production, meals portioning and plating; (b) be responsible for menu planning, food safety and quality assurance, inventory control, application of detergent chemicals, utensils and kitchen sanitation, safe use and maintenance of catering equipment; (c) enforce relevant Codes of Practice on Safety & Health and related regulations; (d) handle kitchen accidents, emergencies and food related complaints; and (e) perform any other duties assigned.
[Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance; required to wear uniform; and may be required to work shifts and live in departmental quarters.]
入職條件
(a)完成有關膳食或食物製作的學徒訓練或院校訓練課程[附註(a)],或能出示證明,顯示在食物製作及/或廚房管理方面具備至少五年工作經驗[參閱入職條件註(1)];(b)中、英文語文能力相當於中三程度;並能操流利粵語及簡單英語;以及(c)須接受及通過能力傾向測驗及有關膳食的技能測驗[參閱入職條件註(2)]。
(a) completed an apprenticeship or institutional training [General Note (a)] in catering or food production; or be able to furnish evidence that they have had at least 5 years’ experience in food production and/or kitchen management [Note (1) under Entry Requirements]; (b) attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and (c) required to undergo and pass aptitude test and trade test in catering [Note (2) under Entry Requirements].
入職條件(註)
(1) 應徵者須在申請表格內清楚列明其符合入職要求的工作經驗。
(2) 如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多,招聘部門可以訂立篩選準則,甄選條件較佳的申請人,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲篩選的申請人會獲邀參加首項遴選程序(即能力傾向測驗/有關膳食的技能測驗),而只有通過能力傾向測驗、有關膳食的技能測驗、及其後的面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,所有公務員職位的招聘,均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。獲邀參加遴選面試的申請人,其對基本法的認識會在面試中以口頭提問形式被評核。除非兩位申請人的整體表現相若,招聘當局才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。
