職責
二級工人的主要職責為(a)一般體力勞動工作,包括清潔、搬移家具和器材,裝卸及∕或包裝印刷品、大型物品和物料項目;(b)信差工作,包括在戶內∕外收集和派遞文件、物料及文具項目;(c)簡單的辦公室工作,包括操作影印機、傳真機、釘裝機,以及把文件分類及∕或釘裝;以及(d)一般行政支援工作,包括開啟和鎖上各出口、看守接待處、提供茶水服務,以及協助布置會議場地。
A Workman II is mainly deployed on (a) general manual labour work including cleansing, moving furniture and equipment, loading, unloading and/or packing printed matters, bulky stores and supplies items; (b) messengerial duties including indoor/outdoor collection and delivery of documents, stores and stationery items; (c) simple office work including operating photocopying machines, fax machines, binding machines, and sorting and/or binding documents; and (d) general administration support duties including opening and locking of exits, manning reception counters, provision of pantry services and assisting in the setting up of meeting venues.
入職條件
申請人必須-(a)完成小六教育程度,或具同等學歷;以及(b)中、英文語文能力水平達小六程度。(註:申請人須通過技能測試。)
Candidates should have (a) completed Primary 6 education, or equivalent; and (b) attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Primary 6 standard. (Note : Candidates will be required to pass a trade test.)
入職條件(註)
(i)無論男女,均可應徵二級工人職位。(ii)如有需要,二級工人須接受部門內部或部門間的職位調派安排,以填補同一職系的職位空缺和擔任同一職系下不同種類的職務。(iii) 二級工人須在有需要時輪班工作及∕或逾時工作。(iv)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,所有公務員職位的招聘,均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。獲邀參加遴選面試的申請人,本署會在面試中以口頭提問形式評核其對基本法的認識。除非兩位應徵者的整體表現相若,本署才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。
