Technical Instructor (Metal work)
一般紀律人員(主任級)薪級表第4點(每月27,885元)至一般紀律人員(主任級)薪級表第14點(每月47,805元)
職責
(a)負責督導轄下職員執行職務;(b)訓練、指導與監管懲教院所內的在囚人士從事金屬製品的生產,監管工序包括但不限於金屬剪裁、切割、焊接、鑽孔、打磨、塗漆、測試及包裝;(c)負責物料用量估算、生產計劃及排程、品質及施工控制、生產機器操作及一般保養;(d)擬備職業訓練教材及教授有關課程;(e)執行職安健守則及相關規例;以及(f)執行其他指派職務。
註: 須受《監獄條例》約束、穿著制服,或須輪班當值及在部門宿舍居住。
(a) supervising subordinates in performing their duties; (b) training, instructing and supervising persons in custody in correctional institutions engaging in metal work production, overseeing work process including but not limited to metal guillotining, cutting, welding, boring, grinding, painting, testing and packaging; (c) performing duties including material estimation, production planning and scheduling, quality and work process control, machines and equipment operation and their general maintenance; (d) preparing vocational training materials and teaching related classes; (e) enforcing the Code of Practice of Occupational Safety & Health and related regulations; and (f) performing any other duties as assigned.
(Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance and may be required to wear uniform, work shifts and live in departmental quarters.)
入職條件
(a)完成金工行業的學徒訓練或院校訓練課程,並能出示證明,顯示在金工生產方面的相關工作經驗[參閱入職條件註(1)];有關的訓練及工作經驗合共不得少於十年;(b)中、英文語文能力相當於中三程度;並能操流利粵語和簡單英語;以及(c)須接受及通過能力傾向測驗及金工工藝的技能測驗。 [參閱入職條件註(2)]
(a) have completed an apprenticeship or institutional training in metal work trade; and be able to furnish evidence that they have had relevant working experience in metal work production [Note 1 under Entry Requirements]. Total period of training and working experience should not be less than 10 years; (b) have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and (c) undergo and pass an aptitude test and a trade test in metal work [Note 2 under Entry Requirements].
入職條件(註)
1. 申請人須在申請表格內清楚列明相關的工作經驗。
2. 如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多,招聘部門可以訂立篩選準則,甄選條件較佳的申請人,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲篩選的申請人會獲邀參加首項遴選程序(即能力傾向測驗/金工工藝的技能測驗),而只有通過能力傾向測驗、金工工藝的技能測驗及其後的面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。
3. 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,所有公務員職位的招聘,均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。獲邀參加遴選面試的申請人,其對基本法的認識會在面試中以口頭提問形式被評核。除非兩位申請人的整體表現相若,招聘當局才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。
