職責
總音樂主任的主要職責為-
(a) 協助助理署長(圖書館及發展)制訂政策、策劃、發展和檢視音樂事務處的工作;
(b) 統管音樂事務處的所有行政事宜;統籌行政及專業組別的工作;以及管理和督導高級行政及專業人員;
(c) 審議和落實音樂事務處的財政預算及預測,並監察音樂事務處內的資源調配事宜;以及
(d) 監察所有與音樂事務處的政策、運作及活動相關的宣傳及公共關係事宜。
(註:或須不定時工作。)
A Chief Music Officer is mainly deployed to:
(a) assist Assistant Director (Libraries & Development) [AD(LD)] in the formulation of policy, strategic planning, development, and review of the work of the Music Office;
(b) act as the overall in-charge of all administrative matters of the Music Office; to co-ordinate the work of the administrative and professional sections; as well as to manage and supervise the senior administrative and professional staff;
(c) scrutinise and finalise the financial estimates and forecasts of the Music Office and to monitor the deployment of resources within the office; and
(d) oversee all publicity and public relations matters related to the policy, operation and activities of the Music Office.
(Notes: May be required to work irregular hours.)
入職條件
申請人須 –
(a) (i) 持有認可機構頒發的音樂文憑,或具同等學歷;或
(ii) 持有經公開考試而獲認可音樂機構頒發的文憑,或具同等學歷;
(b) 在取得上述學歷後,具不少於12年從事音樂或藝術行政的全職工作經驗,其中最少三年任職管理層;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具同等成績;以及
(d) 能操流利粵語。
Candidates should have –
(a) (i) a diploma in music from a recognized institution, or equivalent; or
(ii) an associate diploma conferred by a recognized music institution through public examination, or equivalent;
(b) not less than 12 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in music or arts administration, with at least 3 years amongst at managerial level, gained after obtaining the aforesaid qualification;
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
(d) be able to speak fluent Cantonese.
入職條件(註)
(i) 申請人須於申請表上清楚填寫其全部就業情況、學歷詳情,以及中英文語文能力程度。申請人如未能提供所需的所有資料,或所填寫的資料未能清楚顯示申請人符合入職條件,其申請書將不獲考慮。
(ii) 申請人所有資歷以截止申請日期或之前為準,截止申請日期後所獲得的資歷將不獲考慮。
(iii) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的成績會佔應徵者整體表現評分的一個適當比重。
(vi) 此職位無論男女均可應徵。
