工藝導師(預製混凝土)主要負責(a)督導轄下職員執行職務；(b)訓練、指導及監管懲教院所內的在囚人士從事預製混凝土或相關製作；(c)監管工序，包括但不限於混凝土的混和、成形、整理、測試及包裝; 負責物料用量預算、生產計劃及排程、品質保證、生產機器和設備操作及保養；(d)擬備職業訓練教材及教授有關課程；(e)執行職業安全及健康守則及相關規例；以及(f)執行其他指派職務。 <br>註: 獲聘人士須受《監獄條例》約束，以及須要穿著制服或須輪班當值及在部門宿舍居住。

Technical Instructor (Precast Concrete)
一般紀律人員(主任級)薪級表第4點(每月34,590元)至一般紀律人員(主任級)薪級表第14點(每月59,290元)。
職責
A Technical Instructor (Precast Concrete) is mainly deployed on
- (a)supervising subordinates in performing their duties;
- (b)training, instructing and supervising persons in custody in correctional institutions engaged in production of all kinds of precast concrete and related items;
- (c)overseeing work processes including but not limited to the mixing, forming, organizing, testing and packaging of precast concrete; material estimation, production planning and scheduling, quality assurance, machines and equipment operation and general maintenance;
- (d)preparing vocational training materials and teaching related classes;
- (e)enforcing the Code of Practice of Occupational Safety and Health and related regulations; and
- (f)performing any other duties as assigned. <br>(Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance, the appointee may be required to wear uniform, work shifts and live in departmental quarters.)
入職條件
- (a)完成預製混凝土業的學徒訓練或院校訓練課程，並能出示證明，顯示具有預製混凝土業的相關工作經驗[參閱入職條件註(1)]。有關的訓練和工作經驗合共不得少於十年；(b)中、英文語文能力相當於中三程度；並能操流利粵語及簡單英語；以及(c)須接受及通過能力傾向測驗及預製混凝土的技能測驗[參閱入職條件註(2)]。
- (a)have completed an apprenticeship or institutional training in Precast Concrete industries; and be able to furnish evidence that they have had relevant working experience in precast concrete industries
Note 1 under Entry Requirements] . Total period of training and working experience should not be less than 10 years;
- (b)have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and
- (c)undergo and pass a trade test in precast concrete

- (1)申請人須在申請表格內清楚列明其相關的工作經驗。 <br>
- (2)只有通過能力傾向測驗、預製混凝土的技能測驗及其後遴選面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。 <br>
- (3)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。只會在兩位申請人的整體表現相若時，政府才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。
