職責
高級管工(廚房督導)主要負責︰
(a) 督導並管理廚房,為大批顧客提供中西式餐飲服務;
(b) 妥善備存物資,處理帳目的簿記工作,並檢查食物、廚具及烹飪用具;
(c) 編排餐單,與警隊代表溝通以確保膳食服務充足,並於有需要時作出改善;以及
(d) 鑑定廚房內可能發生的職業安全及健康危險。
(註:或須(一)不定時工作;以及(二)穿著制服。)

A Senior Foreman (Kitchen Supervision) is mainly deployed on –
(a) supervision and control of kitchens providing Chinese / Western catering services to a large number of people;
(b) maintenance of a proper stock of supplies, bookkeeping of accounts and inspection of foodstuffs, kitchen wares and cooking utensils;
(c) menu planning and liaison with the Force representative to ensure that adequate catering services are provided and to implement measures for improvement if necessary; and
(d) identification of possible occupational safety and health hazard in kitchens.
(Note: May be required to (i) work irregular hours; and (ii) wear uniform.)

(a) 修畢小六,或具備同等教育程度;
(b) 具備五年管理中西式餐飲服務的工作經驗;
(c) 熟悉市場推廣、採購及餐單編排的工作;
(d) 熟悉員工管理及簿記的工作;
(e) 懂得運用電腦進行文書處理及製作試算表;
(f) 中英文程度達小學六年級水平;以及能操流利粵語及簡單英語;以及
(g) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績[請參閱註(1)]。

(c) have solid knowledge of marketing, procurement and menu planning;
(d) have solid knowledge of staff management and bookkeeping;
(e) be able to operate computers for word processing and preparation of spreadsheets;
(f) have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Primary 6 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and
(g) have a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [see Note (1)].

(1) 政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
