合約濕地公園技術主管主要職責為(a)督導日常維護、檢查、維修和緊急故障處理工作，確保香港濕地公園的展覽及遊客設施正常運作； (b)督導及監察外判服務承辦商執行展覽及遊客設施維修保養工作；(c)督導有關人員策劃、製作及安裝新展品及遊客設施；(d)協助策劃、推行及檢討香港濕地公園的教育、外展及義工計劃，以配合展覽主題及內容；(e)協助執行與香港濕地公園展覽及遊客設施相關的員工培訓及顧問工作；以及(f)執行濕地公園經理／濕地公園高級主管指派的其他職務。
職責
The Contract Wetland Park Technical Supervisor is mainly deployed on
- (a)overseeing daily maintenance, inspections, repairs and troubleshooting for smooth operation of the exhibition and visitor facilities of Hong Kong Wetland Park (HKWP);
- (b)supervising contractors for services in connection with exhibition and visitor facilities maintenance for HKWP;
- (c)supervising the planning, production and installation of any new exhibition and visitor facilities in HKWP;
- (d)assisting in the planning, implementation and review of education and community programmes of HKWP in line with the theme and contents of exhibitions;
- (e)assisting in staff training and advisory duties related to exhibition and visitor facilities of HKWP; and
- (f)performing any other duties as assigned by Wetland Park Manager or Wetland Park Senior Supervisor.

- (i)持有本港大學所頒授的學士學位或具同等學歷，主修應用科學或自然科學，包括生物學、生態學、環境科學、地理學、儀器科學或同等學科；或(ii)持有本港大學所頒授的學士學位或具同等學歷，主修環境工程或系統工程相關學科；(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績；以及(c)在取得上述學歷後，至少七年相關工作經驗，當中至少三年工作經驗為主管級人員或展覽維修及設計者優先。
註：政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
The applicant should have
- (a)
- (i)a Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; majoring in applied or natural science including biology, ecology, environmental science, geography, instrumental science or equivalent subject, or
- (ii)a Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; majoring in environmental or system engineering related subjects;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
- (c)at least 7 years’ post-qualification relevant working experience, preferably with 3 years at supervisory level or exhibit maintenance and design. Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
