Technical Instructor (Sign Making)
一般紀律人員(主任級)薪級表第4點(每月26,630元)至一般紀律人員(主任級)薪級表第14點(每月45,655元)
職責
(a)負責督導轄下職員執行職務;(b)訓練、指導與監管懲教院所內的在囚人士或所員從事標誌或相關製造;(c)監管工序包括物料預算、電腦字及拼貼、電腦輔助圖像設計、機械雕刻、紙材裱貼、包裝及品質檢查,生產機器操作及一般保養;(d)擬備職業訓練教材及教授有關課程;(e)執行職安健守則及相關規例;以及(f)執行其他指派職務。
[註:須受《監獄條例》約束、穿著制服,或須輪班當值及在部門宿舍居住。]
(a) Supervising subordinates in performing their duties; (b) training, instructing and supervising prisoners or inmates in correctional institutions engaging in signs or related production; (c) overseeing work processes including material estimation, computerized letter cutting and pasting, computer-aided graphic design, mechanical engraving, sheet laminating, packaging, quality assurance, machines and equipment operation and general maintenance; (d) preparing vocational training materials and teaching related classes; (e) enforcing the Code of Practice of Occupational Health & Safety and related regulations; and (h) performing any other duties as assigned.
(Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance and may be required to wear uniform, work shifts and live in departmental quarters.)
入職條件
(a)完成標誌製造業或相關行業的學徒訓練或院校訓練課程,並能出示證明,顯示具有標誌製造或相關行業的工作經驗[參閱入職條件註(1)]。有關的訓練及工作經驗合共不得少於十年;(b)中、英文語文能力相當於中三程度;並能操流利粵語及簡單英語;以及(c)須接受及通過能力傾向測驗及標誌製造的相關技能測驗[參閱入職條件註(2)]。
(a) have completed an apprenticeship or institutional training in sign making or related industries [General Note (a)]; and be able to furnish evidence that they have had relevant working experience [Note 1 under Entry Requirements]. Total period of training and working experience should not less than 10 years; (b) have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and (c) undergo and pass aptitude test and trade test in sign making or related skills [Note 2 under Entry Requirements].
入職條件(註)
1. 申請人須在申請表格內清楚列明其相關的工作經驗。
2. 如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多,招聘部門可以訂立篩選準則,甄選條件較佳的申請人,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲篩選的申請人會獲邀參加首項遴選程序(即能力傾向測驗/標誌製造的技能測驗),而只有通過能力傾向測驗、標誌製造的技能測驗、及其後的面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。
3. 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,所有公務員職位的招聘,均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。獲邀參加遴選面試的申請人,其對基本法的認識會在面試中以口頭提問形式被評核。除非兩位申請人的整體表現相若,招聘當局才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。
