工藝教導員(印刷)
Instructor (Printing)
一般紀律人員(員佐級)薪級表第3點(每月18,365元)至一般紀律人員(員佐級)薪級表第20點(每月31,000元)。
職責
(a)訓練、指導與監管懲教院所內的在囚人士從事印刷品或相關製作,包括物料預算、印刷前工作(例如影像製稿、製版、排版、校對、色彩及油墨管理等)、印刷工作(例如操作柯式或數碼印刷機及桌上印刷機)及印刷後工作(例如操作切紙機、裝訂、圖書精裝);(b)執行品質檢查、生產機器操作及一般保養;(c)協助工藝導師擬備職業訓練教材及教授有關課程;(d)執行職安健守則及相關規例;以及(e)執行其他指派職務。
[註: 須受《監獄條例》約束、穿著制服,或須輪班當值及在部門宿舍居住。]
(a) training, instructing and supervising persons in custody in correctional institutions engaging in printing or related production, including material estimation, pre-press work (including image preparation, plate making, page making, proofreading, colour and ink management), printing work (including operation of off-set or digital printing machine or desktop printing machine) and post-press work (including operation of guillotine, binding & full binding); (b) performing quality assurance, machines and equipment operation and general maintenance; (c) assisting Technical Instructor in preparing vocational training materials and teaching related classes; (d) enforcing the Code of Practice of Occupational Safety & Health and related regulations; (e) performing any other duties assigned.
[Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prison Ordinance and may be required to wear uniform, work shifts and live in departmental quarters.]
入職條件
(a) 完成印刷業或出版業的學徒訓練或院校訓練課程;或能出示證明,顯示在印刷業或出版業方面具備至少五年工作經驗[參閱入職條件註(1)];(b) 中、英文語文能力相當於中三程度,並能操流利粵語及簡單英語;以及(c)須接受並通過能力傾向測驗及印刷的技能測驗[參閱入職條件註(2)]。
(a) have completed an apprenticeship or institutional training in printing or publishing industries; or be able to furnish evidence that they have had at least 5 years’ experience in printing or publishing industries [Note 1 under Entry Requirements]; (b) have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and (c) undergo and pass an aptitude test and a trade test in printing [Note 2 under Entry Requirements].
入職條件(註)
(1) 申請人須在申請表格內清楚列明其相關的工作經驗。
(2) 如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多,招聘部門可以訂立篩選準則,甄選條件較佳的申請人,以便進一步處理。在此情況下,只有獲篩選的申請人會獲邀參加首項遴選程序(即能力傾向測驗/印刷的技能測驗),而只有通過能力傾向測驗、印刷的技能測驗及其後的面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。只會在兩位申請人的整體表現相若時,政府才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。
