一般紀律人員(員佐級)薪級表第3點(每月21,780元)至一般紀律人員(員佐級)薪級表第20點(每月36,745元)。
職責
工藝教導員(製衣)主要負責(a)訓練、指導及監管懲教院所內的在囚人士從事成衣、針織品或個人防護裝備生產;(b)物料預算、紙樣製造、整熨及包裝、品質保證、生產機器操作及一般保養;(c)協助工藝導師擬備職業訓練教材及教授有關課程;(d)執行職業安全及健康守則及相關規例;以及(e)執行其他指派職務。
註:獲聘人士須受《監獄條例》約束,以及須要穿著制服或須輪班當值及在部門宿舍居住。

An Instructor (Garment) is mainly deployed on (a) training, instructing and supervising persons in custody in correctional institutions engaged in garment, knitwear or personal protective equipment production; (b) overseeing work processes including material estimation, pattern making, pressing, packaging, quality assurance, machines and equipment operation and maintenance; (c) assisting Technical Instructor in preparing vocational training materials and teaching related classes; (d) enforcing the Code of Practice of Occupational Safety and Health and related regulations; and (e) performing any other duties as assigned.
[Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance, the appointee may be required to wear uniform, work shifts and live in departmental quarters.]

入職條件
申請人必須(a)完成有關成衣、紡織或針織品行業的學徒訓練或院校訓練課程;或能出示證明,顯示在成衣、紡織或針織品生產方面具備至少五年工作經驗[參閱入職條件註(1)];(b)具備相當於中三程度的中、英文語文能力;並能操流利粵語及簡單英語;以及(c)接受及通過製衣的筆試[參閱入職條件註(2)]。
Candidates should (a) have completed an apprenticeship or institutional training in clothing, textile or knitwear industry; or be able to furnish evidence that they have had at least 5 years’ experience in clothing, textile or knitwear production [Note 1 under Entry Requirements]; (b) have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and (c) undergo and pass a written test in garment making [Note 2 under Entry Requirements].

(2) 只有通過能力傾向測驗、製衣的筆試及其後遴選面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。只會在兩位申請人的整體表現相若時,政府才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。
(2) 只有通過能力傾向測驗、製衣的筆試及其後遴選面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。
