- (a)負責訓練、指導與監管懲教院所內的在囚人士從事預製混凝土生產，包括但不限於混凝土的混和、成形、整理、測試及包裝；(b)負責物料用量估算，生產計劃及排程，品質檢查，生產機器操作及一般保養；
- (c)協助擬備職業訓練教材及教授有關課程；(d)執行職安健守則和相關規例；以及(e)執行其他指派職務。 <br>註: 獲聘人士須受《監獄條例》約束，穿著制服、或須輪班當值及在部門宿舍居住。

Instructor (Precast Concrete)
一般紀律人員(員佐級)薪級表第3點(每月19,795元)至一般紀律人員(員佐級)薪級表第20點(每月33,405元)。
職責
- (a)training, instructing and supervising Persons in Custody in correctional institutions engaging in precast concrete production, overseeing work process including but not limited to concrete mixing, casting, finishing, testing, packaging;
- (b)performing duties including material estimation, production planning and scheduling, quality and work process control, machines and equipment operation and their general maintenance;
- (c)assisting in preparing vocational training materials and teaching related classes;
- (d)enforcing the Code of Practice of Occupational Safety & Health and related regulations; and
- (e)performing any other duties as assigned. <br>(Note: Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Ordinance, the appointee may be required to wear uniform, work shifts and live in departmental quarters.)
入職條件
- (a)完成預製混凝土行業的學徒訓練或院校訓練課程；或能出示證明，顯示在預製混凝土生產方面具備至少五年工作經驗[參閱入職條件註(1)]；(b)中、英文語文能力相當於中三程度；並能操流利粵語及簡單英語；以及(c)須接受及通過預製混凝土的技能測驗[參閱入職條件註(2)]。
- (a)have completed an apprenticeship or institutional training in precast concrete industries; or be able to furnish evidence that they have had at least 5 years' experience in precast concrete production

- (b)have attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English; and
- (c)undergo and pass a trade test in precast concrete

- (1)申請人須在申請表格內清楚列明其相關的工作經驗。 <br>
- (2)只有通過有關的技能測驗、能力傾向測驗及其後的面試的申請人才會獲考慮聘任。(申請人須持有有效的建造業安全訓練證明書「平安咭」才可進行技能(實務)測驗) <br>
- (3)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。只會在兩位申請人的整體表現相若時，政府才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。
